  • 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.
